辐照保藏食品是和平利用原子能的一个方面,近年来发展较快,各国已相继把部份研究成果用于实践。但目前国外人体试验报导很少,为进一步对人体食用辐照保藏食品的安全性提供科学依据,尽快推广此项先进技术,我们承担了国家科委、国家卫生部下达的辐照肉制品人体试食试验科研任务。选择部队70名健康男性青年,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组35人,用双盲法及双对照法进行试验。试验组食用经5~8KGY~(60)Cor射线辐照的香肠、卤鸭、卤牛肉、缠丝兔、卤猪肉。对照组食用冰箱保存的非辐照的香肠、缠丝兔和新鲜制作的非辐照的卤牛肉、卤猪
Radiation preservation of food is one aspect of the peaceful use of atomic energy, rapid development in recent years, countries have successively put some research results into practice. However, there are few reports of human experiments in foreign countries at present, so as to provide scientific basis for further safety of food for human exposure to preserved food and to promote this advanced technology as soon as possible. We bear the human body test of irradiated meat products issued by State Science Commission and Ministry of Health Food test research task. A total of 70 healthy male volunteers were selected and randomly divided into trial group and control group with 35 in each group. The patients were double-blind and double-controlled.
