通过再利用膜(旧膜)、新覆膜及露地栽培向日葵的田间对比试验,研究地膜再利用对土壤微生物量碳的影响。结果表明,地膜再利用能增加土壤微生物量碳含量。在0~40cm土层,土壤微生物量碳含量大小表现为:旧膜>新膜>露地。旧膜的微生物量碳含量较露地和新膜分别显著提高13.8%和12.1%(P<0.01)。生育期内土壤微生物量碳含量变化总体上受灌水影响呈波动下降。土壤微生物量碳含量垂直变化表现为随土层加深而减少。
Field experiments were conducted to compare the effects of plastic film reuse on soil microbial biomass carbon (CMR) by reusing the membrane (old membrane), new membrane and open field cultivation of sunflower. The results show that the plastic film reuse can increase the soil microbial biomass carbon content. In 0 ~ 40cm soil layer, the soil microbial biomass carbon content showed as follows: old membrane> new membrane> open field. The microbial biomass carbon content of the old membrane increased significantly by 13.8% and 12.1% compared with the exposed and fresh membrane respectively (P <0.01). The change of soil microbial biomass carbon during the whole growth period was fluctuantly affected by irrigation. Vertical variation of soil microbial biomass carbon decreased with soil depth.
