一、本文报告中度范围内无空洞之活动性肺結核初治患者68例,經工作化疗处理,平均观察25个月的X綫好轉率为76.5％,与休息化疗者57例对比无显著差异。且同組中中、輕度患者間疗效之差別亦不大。二、根据观察結果,作者认为对无明显中毒症状,无空洞,范围不大的活动性肺結核患者,可以采用工作化疗之处理。此种方法对中度范围之同类病例亦可試用。三、最后作者强調对采用工作化疗之患者应注意解决遵嘱用药,按期复查及注意隔离三个問題。
First, the paper reports 68 cases of active tuberculosis with no cavity in the medium range. The average improvement rate of X-ray after 25 months was 76.5% after treatment with chemotherapy. There was no significant difference between the two groups. And the same group of medium and mild differences in the efficacy of patients is not large. Second, according to the observation, the author believes that there is no obvious symptoms of poisoning, no empty, not a small area of active tuberculosis patients, the treatment can be used to deal with work. This method can also try the same range of moderate cases. Finally, the author emphasizes that patients using chemotherapy should pay attention to solving the three questions of compliance, regular review and attention isolation.
