由于不锈钢的用途极其广泛,材料种类多而且形状复杂,因而,其切削性能,特别是在多品种小批量零件加工中的切削性能,和普通材料比较存在各种困难。过去,对不锈钢切削性能的研究不是十分系统的,而是分散进行的,因而导致常常是老问题重新出现。就此意义来说,今后把在现场中的数据积累起来也是特别重要的。本文以车削、铣削加工为重点,介绍最近出现的适于加工不锈钢的工具材料,刀刃形状。
Due to its extremely wide range of applications, the wide variety of materials and the complex shapes, stainless steel has various difficulties in cutting performance, particularly in the machining of small batch parts with many varieties, compared with ordinary materials. In the past, the study of stainless steel cutting performance was not very systematic, but decentralized, resulting in the often recurring old problems. In this sense, it is also particularly important to accumulate the data in the field in the future. This paper focuses on turning and milling, introduces the recently emerged tool materials and blade shapes that are suitable for machining stainless steel.
