目的探讨整蛋白型能全素肠内营养(EN)支持对胃癌化疗患者护理方法。方法选择我院2013年5月~2015年5月化疗胃癌患者100例,分为研究组和对照组各50例。在两组热量相同情况下,研究组饮食能全素750ml,对照组饮食常规食物。对比两组第1天及第14天营养情况。结果两组第1天营养指标值差别不明显;研究组第14天营养指标值较对照组理想;结论对胃癌化疗期间患者实行肠内营养EN支持护理临床效果好。
Objective To investigate the methods of holistic protein enteral nutrition (EN) support for gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 100 patients with gastric cancer who underwent chemotherapy from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital were divided into study group and control group with 50 cases each. In the same two groups of calories, the study group dietary vegan 750ml, the control group diet routine food. The nutritional status of the first day and the fourteenth day were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in nutritional value between the two groups on the first day. The nutritional value of the study group on the 14th day was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The enteral nutrition EN supportive care was effective in patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy.
