面对激烈的市场竞争,企业文化作为企业核心竞争力的有力支柱作用愈加凸显出来,而且也越来越被众多管理者们认可。国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱,所以国有企业的健康发展对于我国经济发展的意义非凡。而国有企业若要充分发挥其支柱作用,从文化支撑角度来说,就必须建立强大的企业文化来作为提升市场竞争力的思想支撑。本文从滨海建投集团企业文化建设入手,分析国有企业文化建设现存问题,滨海建投集团管理层对企业文化建设的逐步重视以建设企业文化的具体措施和未来展望。
Faced with fierce market competition, corporate culture as a powerful pillar of the core competitiveness of enterprises has become increasingly prominent, but also more and more managers are recognized. State-owned enterprises are the backbone of our national economy. Therefore, the healthy development of state-owned enterprises is of great significance to the economic development of our country. If the state-owned enterprises should give full play to their pillars, from a cultural support point of view, they must establish a strong corporate culture as the ideological support to enhance their market competitiveness. This article starts with the construction of Binhai Jianntou Group’s corporate culture and analyzes the existing problems in the building of state-owned enterprise culture. Binhai Construction & Investment Group’s management attaches more importance to the construction of corporate culture in order to establish the corporate culture concrete measures and future prospects.
