目的为最大限度地达到照射野与肿瘤的截面的形状一致,增大肿瘤照射剂量和提高治疗增益比。方法它运用新型手动多叶光栅系统产生与肿瘤轮廓投影形状一致的射束形状,通过靶点定位框实现对体部的肿瘤的精确定位和分次、大剂量、多角度的非共面适形照射。结论它可实现真正意义上的适形放射治疗,因而能更好地控制肿瘤的发展。也可单次给出肿瘤致死剂量,并最大限度地保护正常组织起到外科手术的效果。
