本报告是在对水田叶轮的叶掌形状,整机重量及其在前、后轴上的分配,以及不同的驱动方式三个因子对水田底盘滚动阻力的影响进行试验之后写出的。本试验研究是按正交试验设计、用方差分析方法进行数据处理的。试验研究结果表明:在所研究的三个因子中以水田底盘重量的大小对其滚动阻力的影响最为显著;底盘的重量分配和驱动方式的交互作用也对其滚动阻力影响显著;而叶轮的叶掌形状及驱动方式两个因子对滚动阻力的影响倒不显著。
This report is written after experimenting with the influence of three factors, paddle shape of paddy field impeller, weight of complete machine and its distribution on front and rear axles, and different driving modes on the rolling resistance of paddy chassis. The experimental study is based on orthogonal experimental design, analysis of variance with data processing. The experimental results show that the influence of the weight of the chassis on the rolling resistance is the most significant among the three factors studied. The interaction between the weight distribution and the driving mode of the chassis also has a significant impact on the rolling resistance. The influence of two factors, the shape of the palm and the driving method, on the rolling resistance is not significant.
