肺结核瘤是临床常见的肺内孤立病灶之一。由于其影像变化复杂多样，常需与其它肺部疾病尤其是周围型肺癌进行鉴别。我科从１９８５年１月—１９９６年１２月共收治经手术切除、病理证实的肺结核瘤４５例，其中３０例术前诊断正确，１５例术前误诊为肺癌，现分析报告如下。１　 Pulmonary tuberculosis is one of the most common isolated lung lesions in the clinic.
