通过实验使学生能够对于细胞分裂的整个过程有个完整的、直观的认识,以加强课堂讲授内容的理解和记忆。同时通过实验初步学会涂抹压碎制片方法,以掌握遗传学和细胞学研究的一种基本技术。如何提高该实验的质量,达到教学上预期的目的,就此相互交流一些心得和经验必然有益。现就我们近几年来的教学实践的体会整理如下,以供大家参考。观察细胞分裂的材料,以植物较好,我们曾就水稻、小麦、大麦、棉花、玉米、高粱、大豆、油菜、花生、蚕豆、慈姑、番茄等作物都一一作了尝试,根据实际教学效果感到其中以玉米(Zea mays 2n=20)和蚕豆(Vicia faba 2n=12)为最好。前者可用作观察减数分裂,后者可用作观察有丝分裂的材料。
