河北省张家口沙岭子发电厂单机30万kW发电机蛆锅炉管道,采用EDTA新材料进行酸洗。酸洗时需设置2个450m～3的钢制贮药罐,用于贮备药液,并在罐内投放化学药剂回收EDTA材料。贮药罐防腐需满足以下条件:(1)需耐120℃高温;(2)需耐浓度5％～10％碱液腐蚀;(3)需耐浓度5％～10％硫酸腐蚀。经研究采用如下作法: (1)对金属罐进行喷砂除锈,除去氧化层。 (2)涂刷环氧树脂底漆,固化后拌腻子找平,用环氧树脂胶料贴棉纱布1层。 (3)用环氧树脂胶料贴玻璃丝布3层。 (4)用7:3环氧树脂呋哺树脂改性树脂胶料贴
A 300,000kW single generator boiler pipe in Zhangjiakou Shalingzi Power Plant, Hebei Province, uses EDTA new materials for pickling. When pickling, two steel storage tanks of 450m to 3m are required to store the liquid medicine, and chemicals are put into the tank to recover the EDTA material. Storage tank anti-corrosion needs to meet the following conditions: (1) need to withstand high temperature of 120 °C; (2) need to bear the concentration of 5% to 10% lye corrosion; (3) to resist the concentration of 5% to 10% sulfuric acid corrosion. The following methods were used in the study: (1) The metal cans were subjected to sandblasting and rust removal to remove the oxide layer. (2) Brush the epoxy primer, solidify and putty leveling, and apply 1 layer of cotton gauze with epoxy resin. (3) Apply 3 layers of glass cloth with epoxy resin.
