奥山世纪城K-2-1地块基坑工程平面形状复杂、不规则,距离长江较近,同时开挖面积大,达到了47600平方米,开挖深度较深,实际挖深达到1015-12.25米,给支护设计带来一定的难度,因此基坑挡土结构物采用双排桩支护的方案,对地下水采用深井降水井和侧壁竖向隔渗止水的方案,在施工中采用信息化施工管理,保证地下室主体结构的顺利施工,为双排桩的设计和施工积累了丰富的经验。
