地区研究背景:金华市少先队工作有着较好的基础,县级总辅导员、学校大(中)队辅导员的队伍配备整齐。社区少工委逐步推广,志愿辅导员队伍日益壮大。在浙江省历年的辅导员基本功比赛中,金华市都有辅导员名列前茅。但随着教育体制、课程体系的重大调整,以及少先队自身的发展变化,在辅导员队伍建设方面也出现了一些新情况、新问题,主要表现为“三个不适应”:辅导员更替过于频繁与少先队事业持续发展的要求不相适应;一些辅导员工作理念相对滞后与少先队事业深入发展的要求不相适应;辅导员服务能力建设还相对薄弱与少先队员发展的新需求不相适应。为了进一步提升辅导员队伍专业化管理水平,增强其凝聚力、战斗力,金华市少工委从2003 年开始,以“1+1”金鹰工程为载体,
Regional Research Background: The work of Young Pioneers in Jinhua City has a good foundation. The ranks of general counselors at county level and counselors of large (middle) teams in schools are well-equipped.
