检验φ51×3.5、X20CrMoWV_(121)、12Cr_3MoVSiTiB、X20CrMoWV_(121)与15CrMoA等异种钢管的对接电弧焊缝(用69新1号焊条),当出现夹渣或根部未焊透缺陷时,常以这些小缺陷为起点产生小的裂缝,特别是在断弧的熔池处。另外,如果焊后热处理不当,在热影响区也会产生氢扩散的冷裂缝。这些裂缝,用X-线摄片方法很难发现,因此试验用聚焦探头和定位探伤,基本上解决这种薄焊缝超声探伤的困难。这个方法比X-线摄片方便、迅速、成本低,但对气孔的检出能力则较X-线摄片差。
