随着新课改的实施,新的教育教学理念逐步在广大英语教师的心中扎根,极大地促进了课堂教学模式的发展,教师的课堂教学评价模式也进行了有效的改革与尝试。如何通过正确的评价机制,帮助教师的教学水平得到长足的进步,是摆在众多教研部门中从事教育工作的人员面前的很重要的一个问题。本文将就如何在英语教学中构建过程性评价机制,促进初中英语教师专业成长,促进学生全面发展进行探讨。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the new concept of education and teaching has gradually taken root in the hearts of the majority of English teachers, which has greatly promoted the development of classroom teaching modes. Teachers’ classroom teaching evaluation models have also undergone effective reforms and attempts. How to improve the teaching level of teachers through the correct evaluation mechanism is a very important issue for those engaged in education in many teaching and research departments. This article will discuss how to construct a procedural evaluation mechanism in English teaching to promote professional growth of junior high school English teachers and promote students’ all-round development.
