目的 :提高对儿童低血磷佝偻病的认识和诊断能力。方法 :对 15例儿童低血磷佝偻病的 X线表现进行了回顾性分析。结果 :较具特征的 X线表现有 :( 1)长骨干骺端嗽叭口样膨大 ,边缘毛糙 ;( 2 )显著的骨小梁粗疏 ;( 3)膝内翻或外翻 ,髋内翻 ,长骨弓形弯曲 ,无骨盆变形 ;( 4 )下肢关节的改变较腕部明显。结论 :以上 X线特点与相应的临床表现及实验室检查结合可作出正确诊断 Objective: To improve the understanding and diagnosis of children with hypophosphatemic rickets. Methods: Fifteen children with hypophosphatemic rickets X-ray findings were retrospectively analyzed.
