Yan Fu, a famous translator in China, Yan Fu put forward his “Evolution and Ethics Theory” in 1898. Since Yan Fu’s translation theory research has touched upon the modern times, he did not mention Yan Fu and his “ Letter, up, elegant ”translation concept. Until now, it has still been intensely discussed and increasingly accepted. By analyzing the influence of Yan Fu’s translation theory on the translation in our country since modern times, we can see that it is still very appropriate to use “Xin, Da, Ya” as our translation standard today. Translation and writing are the most controversial words in the translation field recently. However, the viewpoint of “translation and writing” is an ancient one. The phenomenon of “translation and writing” is even more common. The purpose of this paper is to show that translation is in line with the translation standard of “Faith, Advocacy, and Elegance” by means of examples. Therefore, the rationality of translation is acceptable.
