不盈利的电商生意都是玩票。尽管2014年的双11已经过去一个多月了,但王丹对马克华菲双11的表现进行了深刻的反思。“经验主义,预热不足,对精品的促销规则把握不准;备货品类不均衡;视觉呈现弱;战线太长太散,丧失了重点和突破点。”作为马克华菲的电商总经理,王丹认为这些失误不仅仅是针对马克华菲,其他做电商的传统企业也应当汲取教训。
