目的 :继天门城镇居民区采用生态学方法防制家鼠试验后 ,又在潜江按同一方法进行试验 ,探讨该方法在家鼠防制中的作用及可行性。方法 :比较以生态学方法为主的综合防制与单一药物防制家鼠的效果。结果 :试验区鼠密度从 1997年 6月起一直维持在国家标准 3%以下 ,两年间鼠密度在 1%以下的有 14个月 ;药物区每年组织两次灭鼠 ,鼠密度呈高低波动 ,两年中仅有8个月在 3%以下 ;空白区两年间有 2个月高出试验前鼠密度 ( 7.2 5% ) ,绝大多数月份在 4 %~ 6%之间。结论 :以生态学方法为主的综合防制比单一药物防制家鼠可取得更好、更持久的灭鼠效果。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the role and feasibility of this method in the prevention and control of house-mouse after the same method was conducted in Qianjiang after using the ecological method to control domestic mice in Tianmen town. Methods: To compare the effects of comprehensive prevention and single drug on eczematous mice. Results: The rat densities in the experimental area remained below 3% of the national standard from June 1997, with a rat density of less than 1% in two years and 14 months. In the drug area, rodent densities were twice a year, Only 8 months in two years was below 3%; in the blank area two months above the experimental mouse density (7.25%), most of the months in 4% to 6%. CONCLUSIONS: The combination of ecological control and predominance can achieve better and longer-lasting anti-rat effect than that of single drug-controlled house mouse.
