目的:分析血液标本采集对生化检验结果的影响。方法:随机抽取2014年3月~2015年3月之间我院收治的住院患者200例,采集其血液标本,并进行生化检验,根据检验结果中各种物质的浓度差异分析溶血状态、采集部位等对结果的影响。结果:通常采集清晨空腹血液标本会提高检验结果的准确性,但并非空腹时间越长越好;溶血标本与正常标本相比,胆红素、氯、钾、钠的浓度上升,尿酸浓度降低;于输液同侧上肢采集的血液标本与输液异侧上肢采集得到的标本检验结果相比,肌酐、氯和钾的浓度降低,尿酸、葡萄糖与钠的浓度上升;采集1h后送检的标本与立即送检的标本相比,α-羟丁酸、葡萄糖、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶浓度降低,乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶的浓度升高,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择合适的采血时间和部位,并尽快将血液标本送检,避免发生溶血,能够使检验结果的准确性提高,为临床诊治提高依据。
Objective: To analyze the influence of blood specimen collection on biochemical test results. Methods: A total of 200 inpatients admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly selected and their blood samples were collected and biochemically tested. The hemolysis status was analyzed according to the difference of concentrations of various substances in the test results. The impact of the results. Results: The collection of fasting blood samples in the early morning will improve the accuracy of the test results, but the longer the fasting time, the better. The concentration of bilirubin, chlorine, potassium and sodium in the hemolysis samples increased and the uric acid concentration decreased compared with the normal samples. Concentrations of creatinine, chloride and potassium decreased while concentrations of uric acid, glucose and sodium increased in blood samples collected on the ipsilateral upper extremity of the transfusion compared with specimens collected on the opposite side of the transfusion; Aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, creatine kinase concentration decreased, the concentration of lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase isoenzyme increased High, the above differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Choosing the appropriate blood collection time and site, and sending the blood samples as soon as possible to avoid hemolysis, can improve the accuracy of the test results and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
