乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的前S基因区由前S_1和前S_2两个亚区组成,此基因的翻译产物在病毒与肝细胞的结合中起着介导作用。急性乙型肝炎病人症状出现后,循环中有前S_2多肽,而抗-前S_2抗体则于HBsAg清除前就出现,提示此抗体与病毒清除有关。但关于急性乙型肝炎潜伏期前S_2的序列研究未有报道。为此,本文对5例急性乙型肝炎潜伏早期病人进行了研究。此5例血清转氨酶正常、HBsAg阳性,而HBeAg抗-HBe、IgM和抗-HBc及抗-δ IgM、IgG阴性。其中女性8例,男性2例,年龄17~41岁(平均26
The pre-S gene region of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) consists of two sub-regions, pre-S 1 and pre-S 2. The translation product of this gene plays a mediating role in the binding of virus to hepatocytes. In patients with acute hepatitis B symptoms appear before the cycle of S 2 polypeptide, while anti-pre-S 2 antibodies in the HBsAg before clearance appeared, suggesting that the antibody and the virus clearance. However, there is no report on the sequence of S_2 before the incubation period of acute hepatitis B. To this end, this article 5 cases of acute latent hepatitis B patients were studied.
