Modern ethics, corporate culture, the driving force behind the development of enterprises has become increasingly evident, growing businesses flock to corporate culture, but unwittingly, into the misunderstanding ... ... a group of more “cruel” data: the average life expectancy of Chinese enterprises : 6 years; average life expectancy of private enterprises: 2.9 years; since the reform and opening up, the surviving enterprises: 20%. There is also an iron rule in foreign countries: the general business life of less than or equal to 1/2 life expectancy. The United States top 500 in the 19th century, Japan's top 100 post-war, now most of them are gone. For enterprises, one of the major problems they face is their limited size and their long life expectancy. So what kind of corporate culture should be built in the growth of enterprises, so that corporate life everlasting it?
