研究钨合金静液挤压过程中的挤压压力随挤压参数的变化规律 .采用大变形弹塑性有限元理论 ,用ANSYS 5 5软件对不同挤压参数下钨合金静液挤压过程进行了数值模拟研究 ,得出了挤压压力随模具角度、变形量、摩擦系数这些挤压参数的变化规律 .将数值模拟结果与光刻网格的试样进行挤压后的测试结果进行比较可见有限元法的计算结果和实验结果相符合 ,即数值计算结果是可靠的 .
The variation law of extrusion pressure with extrusion parameters during hydrostatic extrusion of tungsten alloy was studied.The hydrostatic-plastic finite element method with large deformation was used to analyze the hydrostatic extrusion process of tungsten alloy under different extrusion parameters with ANSYS 5 5 software Numerical simulation results show that the extrusion pressure varies with the extrusion angle, the deformation and the friction coefficient.The results of the numerical simulation and the test results of the lithographic grid samples after extrusion show that the squeezing pressure is limited The calculation results of the meta-method are consistent with the experimental results, that is, the numerical calculation results are reliable.
