在管模制作中,企口板合口的连接方法一般有两种:一种是在企口板上钻孔,用螺栓螺母连接;另一种是在企口板上开槽,用跌倒螺栓连接。这两但容易引起企口板(特别是螺栓连接处)变形。随着使用时间的延长,变形量增加,从而引起筒体接合处缝隙增大,使管体制作时跑浆越加严重。而使用前者,虽然企口板变形较小,使用寿命较长,但操作不便,而且因螺栓时常丢失,需要配备很多备件。因此,我们提出了一种设想,即采用图1的连接形式,
