革命统帅生产,革命的大好形势促进了生产的新飞跃。工农业生产的突飞猛进给铁路运输提出了更高的要求。现有的餐车数量已不能滿足放客列车不断增开的需要。尤其是我们上海支援內地建设和知识青年上山下乡的运输任务特別繁重,餐车显得更加紧张。在驻局工宣队,军管会、革委会的领导下,我们大胆地进行了利用呆滞的卫生车及“和平号”软臥车改装餐车的尝试。在改装过程中,我们深深体会到,立下愚公移山志,小段照样办大事。
