1、概论倍尔(Behr)公司与明兴联邦铁路中央管理局合作,为215、218和210系列液力传动内燃机车制造了一种带有液压传动风扇的冷却装置。210系列与215、218系列不一样,它除了要把柴油机(2400马力)、润滑油、活塞冷却油、增压空气和传动装置的热量传给大气以外,还须把辅助变扭器以及1200马力燃气轮机润滑油的热量传给大气。各部位的热量通过油——水热交换器及增压空气冷却器传给两个循环回路中的冷却水。
