目的为减少弯头特型手术刀柄术前备械、术中与刀片刃向匹配的繁琐,本研究人机化、集约化设计了双头立体偏置任向安装多功能手术刀柄。方法参照国标(GB)设计捷卸易装刀架、任向安刀尾座及多功能握柄等人机化结构,制成集双偏头手术刀柄、骨锉尺、线锯手柄、通配螺纹针螺帽扳手、磁性针板折弯器及掰瓿器等十种矫外及基础术械功能于一体的手术刀柄部件模块并验证使用。结果验证应用表明双偏刀柄不但俱备了多型弯头刀柄的功能,还克服了普通刀柄功寡缓拾、装卸滞畅、择向装刀、绷断弹射等不足。达到预设目标。结论双偏刀柄具有一械多用、便拾舒握、任向装刀、左右利手、拆卸简捷、事半功倍、主动防护、操控安全、携储两便、性价比高及平战皆宜的特性。有助于减少人因失误、实现患者安全目标及落实JCI认证标准,降耗增效、提升手术功效、预防锐器伤并降低职业伤害风险。
