目的 观察 Ｃ Ｏ２ 激光治疗颌下腺导管结石的疗效。方法采用 Ｃ Ｏ２ 激光在结石顶端激穿口底粘膜， 暴露结石， 沿导管长轴向两侧切割至完全暴露结石， 取出或用锐匙刮除。结果 １６ 例患者均１ 次取石成功。结论 用 Ｃ Ｏ２ 激光治疗颌下腺导管结石， 术中无出血、损伤小， 术后反应轻， 值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of C O2 laser on submandibular gland duct stone. Methods C O2 laser was used to stimulate the mouth mucosa at the top of the calculus, exposing the calculus and cutting along the long axis of the catheter to completely expose the calculus. The calculus was removed or scraped with a sharp spoon. Results 16 patients were successful in 1 stone.
