高校职称评定工作关乎绝大部分教师的切身利益,因此是人事专业技术部门重点工作,对维系高校人才队伍的稳定性至关重要。我校自2000年以来一直进行职称评定系统改革,目前已经至少超过5个版本。所有新职称评定系统的制定都是和学校发展的形式相匹配的,最新的职称评定体系,其改革内容包括了职称的分类评选,加大了人才的破格提拔,要求高级职称参评人的留学经历等。为符合高校发展的要求,职称评审的权利下发到高校,增加学术委员会的话语权,对高级人才的引进和对待灵活多样等,也将成为未来职称改革的重要内容。
