The British Science Park is actually developed under the influence of the United States. As far as its development is concerned, it can be roughly divided into two stages. The first stage: Britain's first science park was founded by the University of Cambridge in the early 1970s. At that time, the park was restricted to the following activities: scientific research related to industrial production; and small-scale industrial production activities requiring access to the park's units and Cambridge University and other local university researchers. Cambridge Science Park began construction in 1973, when there was a public
