建国后我国幼儿教师评价制度建设大致经历了制度初创(1949-1985)、初步建立体系(1986-2008)、法制化和基本完善阶段(2009年至今)三阶段的发展历程。面对当前的诸多挑战和严峻困境,探讨我国幼儿教师评价制度的出路,以理顺幼儿教师管理体制为基本前提,明晰幼儿教师评价制度的责权利,完善既有制度体系,从而确立幼儿教师的合法合理身份,完善学前教育公共服务体系,切实推进我国幼儿教师评价制度建设。
After the founding of our country, the evaluation system of kindergarten teachers in our country has undergone three stages of institutional development (1949-1985), initial establishment of the system (1986-2008), legalization and basic improvement (2009-present). In the face of many current challenges and severe predicaments, this paper explores the way out for the evaluation system of kindergarten teachers in our country. Taking the management of kindergarten teachers as the basic premise, clarifying the responsibilities and rights of kindergarten teachers ’evaluation system, perfecting the existing system and establishing kindergarten teachers’ Legal and reasonable status, improve the public service system of pre-school education, and earnestly promote the evaluation system of preschool teachers in our country.
