绝热柴油机的初步研究要求对应于第一道活塞环换向处气缸套的工作温度高于350℃。为了说明发动机摩擦学问题,进行了单缸机耐久试验,并在使用工况下测量了六缸绝热发功机的摩擦损失。因为第一道环换向处的液力保护膜显著减少了,活塞环和气缸套界面的主要摩擦学问题在于为该界面选择适当的耐磨涂层。考虑到几种陶瓷涂层材料有可能应用于活塞环和气缸套的滑动面,本文评价了其承载能力,并经实验室耐磨试验评价了其耐磨特性。试验结果表明,涂层材料的滑动性能随陶瓷材料和润滑剂的配合使用情况变化极大。
Preliminary studies of adiabatic diesel engines require that the operating temperature of the liner corresponding to the first piston ring reversal be higher than 350 ° C. In order to illustrate the tribological problems of the engine, a single-cylinder durability test was carried out and the frictional loss of the six-cylinder adiabatic dynamometer was measured under operating conditions. Because the hydraulic protection membrane at the first ring reversal is significantly reduced, the major tribological problem with the piston ring and cylinder liner interface is the selection of a suitable wear resistant coating for this interface. Considering that it is possible to apply several kinds of ceramic coating materials to the sliding surfaces of piston rings and cylinder liners, this paper evaluates the bearing capacity of the piston rings and evaluates the wear resistance by laboratory wear test. The experimental results show that the sliding properties of coating materials vary greatly with the use of ceramic materials and lubricants.
