党的十四届三中全会提出,建立现代企业制度是国有企业改革的方向。目前,国务院正在组织一批国有大中型企业,按照社会主义市场经济的要求,进行建立现代企业制度的试点。国有企业改革既有理论问题,也有实践问题。在国有企业改革方向明确之后,更重要的是实践问题。改革开放15年来,国有大中型企业取得了巨大发展,并支撑了整个经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,支撑了改革开放事业,支撑了全社会的稳定和进步。国有大中型企业始终是国民经济的支柱。
The Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee proposed that the establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of state-owned enterprise reform. At present, the State Council is organizing a batch of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises to conduct trials to establish a modern enterprise system in accordance with the requirements of the socialist market economy. There are both theoretical and practical issues in the reform of state-owned enterprises. After the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises is clear, the more important issue is the practice. Over the past 15 years of reform and opening up, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises have achieved tremendous development, and they have supported the development of the entire economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, supported the reform and opening up, and supported the stability and progress of the entire society. State-owned large and medium-sized enterprises have always been the pillar of the national economy.
