应届毕业生招聘是各用人单位招聘工作中重要的一部分,应届生是重要的人才来源,毕竟他们拥有较高的学历和淳朴的道德品质。但是每个单位所招聘的应届生是否具备工作中需要的素质并不能够得到有效的保障,因此进行相应的有效的素质测评就显得十分重要。这一工作的完成一般由相应的素质测评技术来实现,因此探讨素质测评技术在应届毕业生招聘中的应用就具有非常重要的意义。这一方面的探讨应该立足于对应届生应具备素质内容以及素质测评技术构成的深入分析。只有全面把握这两方面的分析才能有效探讨素质测评技术在应届生招聘中的应用。
The recruitment of fresh graduates is an important part of recruiting work for all employers. Freshmen are important sources of talents.
