航班延误是摆在民航公司面前的一大难题,延误纠纷的治理,不但是航空公司自身的责任,而且是包括政府部门在内各方需要共同应对的问题。当前有关航班延误的认定未给出合理的解释,按照原有的研究思路进行治理,不能从根本上将问题解决,考虑到这种情况,分析了航班延误的主要因素,提出了航班延误治理的方法,给当前航班延误提供了良好的治理对策。
Flight delays are a major challenge facing civil aviation companies. The delay in the management of disputes is not only the responsibility of airlines themselves, but also the issue that all parties, including government departments, should jointly co-operate with. At present, there is no reasonable explanation for the confirmation of flight delay. According to the original research ideas, we can not fundamentally solve the problem. Taking this situation into consideration, the main factors of flight delay are analyzed, and the flight delay management Method, to provide a good management strategy for the current flight delays.
