前言战术导弹用的舵机系统是随动系统的一种特例,它对快速性、功率体积比、可靠性等指标要求较高,相对而言,它对精度和动态品质要求不很严格。为了满足舵机的这种特殊要求,过去在采用新型元部件和新的加工工艺方面做的研制工作较多。也有的为了提高某项指标而适当的降低了对其它指标的要求。这些做法是一条重要途径,但不是唯一途径,从综合指标来看也不是最合理的途径。快速控制能够最大限度地发挥执行部件的潜力,对提高快速性和功率体积比是很有利的。因此,按快速控制的原则研制电动舵机应当是一个值得考虑的方案。
INTRODUCTION The steering system for tactical missile is a special case of the servo system. It has high requirements on fastness, power volume ratio and reliability. Relatively speaking, it does not require strict precision and dynamic quality. In order to meet the special requirements of steering gear, in the past in the use of new components and new processing technology to do more research and development work. Others have appropriately lowered the requirements for other indicators in order to raise an indicator. These practices are an important but not the only way, nor are they the most rational ways to look at the composite indicators. Fast control maximizes the potential of executive components and is very beneficial for improving fastness and power volume ratio. Therefore, the development of electric steering gear according to the principle of quick control should be a worthwhile solution.
