报告了应用高压氧结合脊椎切开复位内固定(或颅骨牵引)脊髓减压手术治疗23例合并脊髓损伤的脊椎骨折脱位,并和单纯脊髓减压手术治疗的24例脊椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤疗效作比较。按Frankel分级,高压氧治疗组平均改善2.1级,E级13个,对照组(单纯减压组)平均改善1.4级,E级6个。作者认为高压氧治疗脊髓损伤疗效优于单纯减压组,而对完全性脊髓损伤则无效,提出高压氧治疗原则及注意事项。
