本文以上海大华锦绣假日酒店西餐厅为研究对象,通过阅读大量的文献资料,结合西餐厅员工流失的现状,对西餐厅新老员工及管理者进行了问卷调查和实地访问,并对西餐厅员工流失的原因进行分析,以期通过一系列的改进措施和对策来进一步提高西餐厅的员工满意度进而适度降低员工流失率。
Taking Shanghai Dahua Jinxiu Embroidery Hotel as the research object, by reading lots of documents and combining with the loss status of the western restaurant staff, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and field visits to the new and old staff and managers in the western restaurant. The reasons for the loss of employees were analyzed in order to further reduce the employee turnover rate and further reduce the employee turnover rate through a series of improvement measures and countermeasures.
