There have been many gratifying achievements and gains. To this end, we have compiled and distributed a series of manuscripts and presented them with more distinctive practices, hoping to inspire and guide the people and armed forces who lead the masses of militia in studying and implementing the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress and building an overall well-to-do society.
