某线设计的内燃机务段大多已交付运营,现将运营后所了解到的一些问题,提出几点粗浅看法。由于深入调查研究不够,不妥之处,请指正。一、油罐的加热保溫问题 1966年设计时,根据当时部的指示,按使用0号柴油设计。由于这个地区最低温度在-40°~-50℃,因此,在油库设计中,参照某部设计院图纸,在罐内距底0.5米处设几组加热排管。经运营实践,证明这种加热方式是有缺点的,加热管发生漏泄,无法修补或拆除,现场建议改在罐外,目前有的段已改在罐外。
