自从两年前某知名企业采用了“闪电裁员”之后,各式各类的企业不顾恶评如潮,纷纷效仿,“闪电裁员”似乎成了一种管理时尚,不跟就不时髦。在“闪电裁员”中,被裁员工被要求在极短的几个小时内交还电脑、门卡等物品后马上离开,随后公司立即关闭其ERP账户和邮件系统。细想一下,企业之所以采用“闪电裁员”的绝杀狠招,无外乎担心被裁员工因情绪激动而产生极端性破坏
