近年来,由于我国经济的快速发展,以及社会医疗保健水平的不断提高,威胁学前儿童身体健康的疾病已经有所控制,但意外伤害事故却越来越多,开展学前儿童意外伤害防护教育及宣传工作很有必要。本研究以学前教育机构安全教育的实际需要出发,研究学前儿童意外伤害的现状,分析学前儿童意外伤害事故发生的影响因素:生理因素,心理因素,家庭因素,社会与环境因素。通过对以上因素的深入分析,从社会、家长及幼儿园三方面着手,提出建议:加强公共社会环境安全的管理;提高医护人员急救技能;提升家长对幼儿的安全防护意识;家长了解急救方法措施;帮助学前儿童树立安全意识;教授学前儿童学习必要的安全常识;建立家园合作的共育制度等,降低学前儿童意外事故的发生。
In recent years, due to the rapid economic development in our country and the rising level of social health care, the diseases that threaten the health of pre-school children have been brought under control. However, there are more and more accidental injuries, and preventive education and publicity for pre-natal children’s accidental injuries Work is necessary. Based on the actual needs of safety education in preschool education institutions, this study studied the current situation of unintentional injuries among preschool children and analyzed the influencing factors of pre-school children’s accidental injuries: physiological factors, psychological factors, family factors, social and environmental factors. Through in-depth analysis of the above factors, suggestions are put forward from three aspects of society, parents and kindergartens: strengthening the management of environmental safety in public society; improving emergency medical skills of parents and nurses; raising parents ’awareness of child safety; parents’ understanding of emergency measures and measures; Help preschool children to establish safety awareness, teach pre-school children the necessary safety knowledge, establish a co-educational system of home-based cooperation, and reduce the incidence of pre-school children’s accidents.
