JP-1A型极谱仪在作极谱图形时,常常遇到仪器扫描正常,插上电解池以后作图不正常,例如:无图形出现、波形不好、波高不稳定、扫描线变宽等。其原因可能是电路不通或元件损坏所致.现将该机的常见故障检查及排除方法介绍如下: 一插上电解池以后,J_1继电器吸合,敲击器不工作 1 电解池插头与插座未固定牢:应重新固定好。 2 敲击器断线或短路:拨下电解池插头测试敲击器线圈电阻为1～1.1KΩ是正常。若需更换线圈,其线径为0.1mm,圈数为13500匝。 3 J_1C组接点接触不良:用酒精清洁。 4 C_7和R_(68)脱焊或者损坏:检查电解池插座6、
