随着水文事业的发展,自动测报系统正在逐步取代传统的水位、降水观测记录方式。自动测报系统中采用的翻斗式雨量计,使降水测验实现自动测量、自动存储、自动传输,并由计算机进行年终资料整编,满足了水文自动测报系统的要求。通过对自动测报系统降水量与人工观测降水量进行对比分析,对降水量存在的误差进行总结,以利于更好地发挥系统的作用。
With the development of hydrology, automatic forecasting system is gradually replacing the traditional water level, precipitation observation and recording methods. The tipping bucket rain gauge used in the automatic forecasting system enables automatic measurement, automatic storage and automatic transmission of the precipitation test and the year-end data reorganization carried out by the computer to meet the requirements of the automatic hydrological data-mining system. By comparing the precipitation of automatic forecasting system with that of artificial observation, the errors of precipitation are summarized, which is beneficial to the better use of the system.
