研究了施用饼肥、猪粪、鹿类及苏子4种有机肥对3年生西洋参产量和质量的效应。结果表明:苏子(50～75g/m~2)和鹿粪(500～750g/m~2)可促进参根总皂甙和粗淀粉含量增加、苏子比对照总皂甙平均高0.35个百分点,粗淀粉平均高2.23个百分点;鹿粪比对照总皂甙平均高0.24个百分点,粗淀粉平均高2.70个百分点;从而有利于提高西洋参加工产品质量。饼肥(100～150g/m~2)和鹿粪有增加参根干物质积累趋势,但差异不显著。
The effects of four kinds of organic manure including pie cake, pig manure, deer and Suzi on the yield and quality of three-year-old American ginseng were studied. The results showed that Suzi (50 ~ 75g / m ~ 2) and deer excrement (500 ~ 750g / m ~ 2) increased the content of ginseng root saponin and crude starch, the average sunsu was 0.35% Crude starch average 2.23 percentage points higher; deer manure than the control average saponin 0.24 percentage points, an average of 2.70 percentage points higher crude starch; thus contributing to improve the quality of American ginseng products. The cake fertilizer (100 ~ 150g / m ~ 2) and deer excrement had the tendency of accumulation of ginseng root dry matter, but the difference was not significant.
