本文研究了钇和铈对Ni_3Al基合金压缩性能的影响。结果表明,加入约0.1wt%Y对NiaAl-B合金的高温(1100℃)塑性有利。当钇的加入量大于0.1wt%时,Ni_3Al中有YNi_5相析出。在NiaAl-B-Cr-Zr合金中加入0.1wt%左右的铈,可明显改善其高温(1100℃)塑性。铈加入量≥0.1wt%时,Ni_3Al-B-Cr-Zr合金中析出块状CeNi_4相。
In this paper, the effects of yttrium and cerium on the compressive properties of Ni_3Al-based alloys were investigated. The results show that the addition of about 0.1wt% Y is favorable for the high temperature (1100 ℃) ductility of the NiaAl-B alloy. When yttrium is added in an amount greater than 0.1 wt%, YNi_5 phase is precipitated in Ni_3Al. Addition of 0.1wt% cerium to NiaAl-B-Cr-Zr alloy can obviously improve its high temperature (1100 ℃) plasticity. When the amount of cerium is more than 0.1wt%, the bulk CeNi_4 phase precipitates in the Ni_3Al-B-Cr-Zr alloy.
