笔者通过随机抽取100起因劳动关系引起诉讼的案件加以分析发现,其中涉及加班工资的竟占37﹪。这不得不让人考虑:劳动者该怎样应对加班工资纠纷?以下案例或许能给劳动者有所启示。
By randomly selecting 100 cases of litigation arising from labor relations, the author found that 37% of them involved overtime wages. This has to make people think: how workers should deal with overtime wage disputes? The following cases may give some inspiration to workers.
