目的分析加速器停机原因,总结设备故障规律,为加速器的安全合理使用、设备定期维护和科学管理提供决策依据。方法有2100C、23EX和600CD3台加速器,其中2100C、23EX为高能加速器,600CD为低能加速器。统计最近6年3台加速器的停机时间和次数,分析设备技术状态指标。结果 2100C、23EX和600CD累计停机时间分别为733.7、870.5和341.5 h,停机次数分别为204、259和125次,每次平均维修时间分别为3.6、3.4和2.7 h。结论就停机时间和次数而言,高能加速器大于低能加速器。停机率与设备复杂程度、存放和使用环境、维修维护质量等因素有很大关系。故障曲线有助于合理选择购买保修的时机。
Objective To analyze the reasons for the shutdown of accelerators and to summarize the regularity of equipment failures so as to provide decision basis for the safe and rational use of accelerators, the regular maintenance of equipment and scientific management. Methods 2100C, 23EX and 600CD3 Taiwan accelerator, which 2100C, 23EX high energy accelerator, 600CD low energy accelerator. Statistics of the last 6 years, 3 sets of accelerator downtime and frequency, analysis of equipment technical status indicators. Results The cumulative downtime of 2100C, 23EX and 600CD were 733.7, 870.5 and 341.5 h respectively, and the downtimes were 204, 259 and 125 respectively, with the average maintenance time of 3.6, 3.4 and 2.7 h respectively. Conclusion In terms of downtime and frequency, high-energy accelerators are larger than low-energy accelerators. Downtime and equipment complexity, storage and use of the environment, maintenance and maintenance of quality and other factors have a great relationship. The fault curve helps to choose the right time to purchase the warranty.
