随着对外开放,搞活经济,上海各方面发展很快,对空调采暖要求越来越多、越来越广,正象雨后春笋一样。大家都看到,南京东路仅用了一、二年时间已大大变样,很多商店进行了改建、有的房子在拆除新建,南京西路接着也要改造。淮海路经一年多改造已比较象样,给人以比较好的气象。其他象徐汇区的徐家汇也在大变样。上海在小平同志南巡讲话后不但浦东有很大进展,浦西建设改造方面也有很大的发展。 With the opening up and invigorating the economy, Shanghai has developed rapidly in all aspects, requiring more and more air conditioning heating and getting more and more extensive, just as springing up.
