华南理工大学制浆造纸工程国家重点实验室丛珊等人,以季戊四醇(PETL)为聚合反应的支化剂,硝酸铈铵为引发剂,选用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)为阳离子单体,丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,通过自由基聚合反应制备支化阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(BCPAM);利用红外光谱、13C-NMR核磁共振谱对所合成的产物结构进行了表征;研究引发剂的用量、阳离子单体用量对产物特性黏度的影响;以产物作为纸张增强剂,研究其对纸张强度性能的影响。研究结果表明,所合成的产物为BCPAM;
PANSHAN et al., State Key Laboratory of Pulp and Paper Engineering, South China University of Technology, and Pentaerythritol (PETL) as branching agent and ceric ammonium nitrate as initiator used dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DADMAC) As cationic monomer and acrylamide (AM) as monomer, branched cationic polyacrylamide (BCPAM) was prepared by free radical polymerization. The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by IR and 13C-NMR. The effects of the amount of initiator and the amount of cationic monomer on the intrinsic viscosity of the product were investigated. The product was used as paper reinforcing agent to study its effect on paper strength. The results show that the synthesized product is BCPAM;
